I LOVE FOOD

I have always loved food which was apparent if you saw my waistline :( A year and a half ago I decided to change how I ate and what I ate to see if I could transform my body. And I totally did. I look nothing like I did before and never felt better. I hope through this blog to be able to give helpful hints and tips to help other people as well
